Hi everyone,
My name is Violetta Palak and I am an ESOL lecturer at Dundee and Angus College. I was given a fantastic opportunity to participate in this project and since then I have enjoyed every minute of it. It has been a pleasure to work in a very creative, multinational and multicultural environment. My role is to oversee the project, work closely with ESOL students and support them in the areas related to editing both videos and articles.
When I am not teaching or working on Dundee Voices I love getting involved in creative projects like film-making, augmented reality or arts.

My name is Alfonso, I'm from Spain and I'm currently studying ESOL at Dundee and Angus College. Before that I had studied business administration. One of my passions is computing and and at the moment it is only my hobby, so when one of my teachers asked me to create and manage a website for this project I was delighted.
My other hobbies are listening to heavy metal music, playing video-games and visiting new places. I am participating in this project because I want to improve my English and other skills such as web designing.

Hello everyone.
My name is Sareh, and I am from Iran. I am one of ESOL students at Dundee and Angus College.
I studied art and architecture in my home country, Iran.
In my free time I like to participate in voluntary activities as well as visit historical places and museum.
I decided to participate in this project to improve my English. I have written a short intro into Scottish as it is fascinating how different from standard English the local dialect is.

My name is Malgorzata Kalczak and I am from Poland. I have lived in Dundee for 3 years.
At the moment I’m studying English in Dundee and Angus College. It’s my second time doing a project because I studied here two years ago.
